Is PLUR Dead or Is the Rave Scene Just Changing?

Is it just me or does PLUR seem to be the topic of conversation lately online? Going into festival season this year, I wanted to share my thoughts on the state of “PLUR” in our community and why there seems to be growing concern for new people entering the rave scene.
